Andrea Wiktorin is a German diplomat, currently serving as Ambassador, Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia, a position she occupies since 2019. In the past, she served as the German Ambassador to Armenia (2007-2009) and Latvia (2012-2015), as well as the Head of the EU Delegation in Belarus (2015-2019). In addition, she has held several positions within the German Federal Foreign Office, including as Deputy Head of Division for Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova.
